CDU

Introduction 

The ECU / AECU / RCU / ARCU(AALC) cooling distribution unit is a device mainly usedto achieve physical isolation and heat exchange of primary and secondary coolingmedia. lt integrates secondary side drive modules, stabilizing and replenishing liquidmodules, degassing modules, filtering modules, and real-time monitoring functionsfor temperature, flow, and pressure. lt has the features of high redundancy and reliabil-ity of key components, fast installation of interface support, and real-time intelligentcontrol of key parameters, and is suitable for application scenarios in multi cabinetcomputer rooms.

RDHx

RDHx(Rear door heat exchanger) is one of the important functional components for achieving full liquid coolingdesign of cold plate liquid cooling system. The function of RDHx is to import the heatfrom the server's air cooling part into the liquid cooling system, to increase the liquidcooling ratio of the server. it reduces the energy consumption of the thermal controlsystem.

The active RDHx comprises a passive RDHx and a wind wall. For systems utilizing apassive RDHx that may require an upgrade to an active RDHx in the future, a purchaseof the wind wall component is all that's needed.

One single active RDHx achieves 20kW@AT = 3°℃ (heat exchange temperature differ-ence between liquid inlet and air outlet), cooling the hot air inside the cabinet andsatisfying the growing cooling needs of servers.


Manifold

The Manifold serves as a crucial functional component, facilitating the connectionand distribution of fluids to servers within cabinets. Comprising main pipes, branchpipes, quick disconnects, automatic exhaust valves, and other essential elements. TheManifold plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless fluid management and distributionwith in the server infrastructure.

QDs

ACT designs and manufactures every quick disconnect couplings (QDs) to specifically meet the demands for high performance in liquid cooling for sensitive and critical environments, including the product series including UQD/ UQDB(blind)/TBV(ball valve)/TFA/ TFB/ TFC/ TFD。The quick release couplings from ACT offers strength and durability, ease of use, and reliability.


TTV

TTV (Thermal Test Vehicle), as a kind of thermaltest tooling, can simulate the generation of waste heatin the operation of server chips, and monitor the Tcasevalue in real time to form a controllable thermal load,providing a stable and reliable test environment forproduct development and verification.

Liquid Leakage Detection

The leakage detection rope is a single-loop, non-locating leakagedetection product that includes a cable and controller. lt can detect thepresence of water at any position along the cable, and the control sideinterface is compatible with the fan interface. Once water is detected, analarm will be triggered. The water leakage sensing cable adopts conductivepolymerization technology, and it is made of fluoropolymer material, which have strong mechanical performance, corrosion resistance, and abrasionresistance and it is specially designed for data centers.
